What is Sing Song Yoga™?
This unique yoga program designed specifically for kids uses children’s songs to teach the yoga poses. The songs have original lyrics set to the music of traditional children’s songs. The kids learn the songs, which supports them in moving through the poses in class and at home. This is a fun brain-friendly way for your kids to spend their free time!

Class on Mondays at the Yoga studio 4:30-5:15.

Our Mission:
Our mission at Sing Song Yoga™ is to introduce yoga to children and families in a fun, child-friendly, brain-friendly way in hopes that yoga will become a part of their lives for years to come. Therefore, the benefits of yoga can be enjoyed through the teenage years, into adulthood, and up through old age.
